She has been to Uganda 2 times. On her first visit, she fell in love with the villages and the people she met. Her passion to help others was real. It is this passion that the board saw and elected her to lead Tower of Hope operations and missions. Pastor Arlene and her husband  Pastor Fred Parker are the founders of Caleb Ministries.
